Although communication from institutions is generally focused on dissemination and promotion, the arrival of science journalists to communication positions in scientific institutions (the so-called science press officers) has led to different strategies and ways of working where they’re able to put public interest as the main objective. In this panel, we will address the way in which four science journalists have implemented an innovative institutional communication office thanks to their journalistic training.
